    I really enjoyed being part of this challenge. It was hard at times to come from a full day of work to a hard workout. I always felt better after the workout even on those hard days at work. I enjoyed being part of a groups of fun ladies who were so motivated and determined to accomplish their goals of having and healthy life style and a strong and fit body. I enjoyed the good conversations during the workouts and after them. It was nice to be missed when I couldn’t make it. The variety in the workouts was great and also Willie’s help and encouragement throughout each one of them. Willie made me work hard and made me always push myself to the next level. In my case some of the results have been slower than I had expected but I do feel a lot stronger and I am very proud of myself for what I have accomplished with Willie’s help and the team! Sometimes it takes time to see the changes but it is nice when all of the sudden weights feel lighter, I can do more pushups and clothes that did not fit start to fit! I hope to be able to keep up with my work outs and continue to reach new goals as time goes on.

    I was ready to start some kind of fitness program but desperately needed a helping hand. I was overweight, exercising minimally, and in the worst shape I had ever been. This along with an auto-immune disorder had me feeling my worst, with chronic daily pain. I knew I needed to make a change and an exercise program seemed the obvious choice, but I was not sure how to start. I had never participated in a fitness program like Willie’s Iron-Core Fit before, but when Willie told me that anybody could be successful in his program, I thought, “OK, I might be able to do this”. I signed up for his six-week challenge, a little unsure if I could do it; but after meeting with Willie for my initial assessment I knew I could take the challenge! His confidence in his program, his desire to work with me to be successful, and his background and training made me feel from the beginning that I could actually do it!

    Willie was great making sure I was pushing myself in class, ensuring I was doing the exercises correctly, and getting the full benefit of the workout. He worked with me throughout the challenge, making sure I was progressing but that I was also keeping my fibromyalgia symptoms in check. Throughout the six-week program Willie’s positive, confident training style kept me motivated to keep going and feeling that I could do this and achieve my goals!

    I learned that I was much stronger and more determined than I had previously thought. I realized that I had been using my disorder as an excuse to not even try-it was great to remove that roadblock! That along with a few changes to my diet –portion control, less gluten, more protein and fresh fruits – made for a pretty great outcome. I’ve lost 15 pounds and a 13 inches, my body is more toned and fit and I have more energy. To top it off, my fibromyalgia symptoms are so very much improved which has improved my quality of life immensely.

    I would recommend Willie’s Iron-Core Fit program to anyone who is ready to work hard, lose weight and inches, have more energy, and work with a really great fitness trainer who makes it all seem fun! If Willie’s Iron-Core Fit program worked for me, then really it can work for anyone!
