Come one come all as we celebrate 10 years of bringing fitness to the people of the Eastside. We got love for the 425! And the 206… and lets not forget the 360 and 253!
We’ve been truly blessed to have such amazing members over the past 10 years. Without YOU, IRON-CORE FIT would not be where it is today….celebrating 10 years!
Many of you had your own reasons to start training here. Whether it was because of an injury, to lose fat, to get stronger, become more athletic or to learn how to use kettlebells! Whatever the reason, you chose to stay here, to be a part of this community The ICF Community! And that means so much to us! That’s why we want to party with you!
IRON-CORE FIT also understands the importance of giving back to communities and organizations who want to make this world we live in a better place. One Day’s Wages is one of those organizations who truly want to help our home, our world, and help alleviate extreme global poverty. Join us on Saturday for our Workout for a Cause Charity event. 100% of the money raised will go to fund the Kenya Water Project which will provide clean water and improved sanitation facilities in a rural community in the Kisauni District of Kenya. The project includes constructing a rain-fed dam that will employ the local community to help build it, and build a well and bio-loo that will provide 700 community members with water and sanitation.
The soiree starts at 9am at the IRON-CORE FIT Training Center located in Totem Lake. 12700 NE 124th St. Ste 17 98034. We will have live music with the one and only Ricki Leigh, kettlebell demos, contests, prizes etc! New Tees brought to you by Snp Designs and much more.
All are invited to this free workout! Donations for the Kenya Water Project are welcome and appreciated.

We have partnered with One Day’s Wages, which is a movement of people, stories, and actions to alleviate extreme global poverty. See how the ICF community comes together as we dish out a healthy dose of battle ropes, kettlebell swings, squats, and sweat! Yes, battle ropes are very healthy! In small doses!

The Dirty Crew
Should your fitness be confined to a gym? We do not believe that. The ICF Crew is not afraid to get a little mud on their shoes. We believe in having fun in the sun, rain, mud or snow. This is why we do what we do. Live without Limits!

Every year we host a party amongst our close friends and family to celebrate life and also remember those who are no longer with us. We bowl, dance, salsa dance, laugh out loud, remember the good times with our loved ones… we simply have fun.
